Synopsis:
Shin-chan finds a strange bottle that his parents, Hiroshi and Misae, accidentally drink and transform into a rooster and a leopardess. A mysterious group, led by Bunbetsu, tries to capture them, but Shin-chan and his friends come to their rescue. The group is revealed to be led by the new mayor, Mamoru Shizime, who is secretly implementing a "Human Animalization Plan" to stop environmental destruction.
