For anime you have to use x256 10bit encode setting. (recommended anime encode method)
I re-encode all yours tamil 720p videos
your videos are like around 110-130 mb
But mine recoded video size just 60-70 mb. I am sure there is no quality loss happened
I am using hanbreak for encoding with these settings

-framerate : 23.976
-constant framework : marked
-constant quality : 28.5
-Encoder present : medium
-Dimensions
- Chang cropping from automatic to custom and set 0 for all sides (I saw a comment a anonymous said character head cropped unnecessarily)
- unmark Automatic box from Final dimensions and set display size to 1280 (for 16:9 Aspect ratio) if source video on 16:9 don't need to do this
